Stake Weekly Bonus Explained: Saturday Boost, Weekly Raffle, Stream Codes, and Other Rewards

If you are active on Stake long enough, you will eventually notice that Saturday feels different from the rest of the week.

For many VIP players, Saturday is the day when several things begin to happen almost one after another.

There is the Weekly Bonus.

Then the Weekly Raffle.

Then during the livestream, there may be bonus drops, promotional codes, and other community rewards.

At first, these can feel like one big Saturday event.

But they are actually different promotions, with different rules.

And if you are trying to understand how Stake rewards work, especially from a mathematical point of view, it helps to separate them clearly.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱

Stake currently states that the Weekly Bonus is released every Saturday at:

12:30 PM GMT

For players using Central Standard Time, that is:

6:30 AM CST

During daylight-saving time, when Central Daylight Time is being observed, it becomes:

7:30 AM CDT

So if you are following Stake activities from the U.S. Central Time Zone, it is important to remember that the local clock can shift depending on the season.

The Weekly Bonus is available to eligible VIP players who were active during the previous week.

What many new players misunderstand is that the Weekly Bonus is not simply a fixed percentage of how much you wagered.

Stake says several things can affect the amount, including:

your VIP level

your wagering activity

the house edge of the games you played

and in some cases,

your overall results during that period

This means two players who both wagered the same amount may still receive different Weekly Bonuses.

That is one of the reasons why simply saying, “I wagered $10,000, so I should receive this much,” is not always accurate.

Stake normally distributes the Weekly Bonus through its private VIP Telegram channel.

Stake says that after around 24 hours, the Weekly Boost can become available from the VIP section of the account.

Depending on your region, there may also be alternate ways to access it, such as through Stake’s news or promotions section.

The important thing is that the Weekly Bonus is not just something that disappears immediately if you fail to claim it in the first few minutes.

Around the same Saturday period, there is another major event:

the Weekly Raffle.

This is separate from the Weekly Bonus.

Stake currently advertises a weekly raffle prize pool of:

$75,000

with the prize distributed among multiple winners.

Players receive raffle entries automatically based on qualifying wagering.

The current structure gives:

1 raffle ticket for every $1,000 wagered

on qualifying Casino and Sportsbook activity.

There is no need to manually buy raffle tickets.

They accumulate based on eligible wagering.

The Weekly Raffle is currently drawn at:

2:00 PM GMT every Saturday

That converts to:

8:00 AM CST

or

9:00 AM CDT

depending on daylight-saving time.

So the Saturday flow looks something like this:

12:30 PM GMT — Weekly Bonus release

then roughly 90 minutes later,

2:00 PM GMT — Weekly Raffle drawing

This is usually tied to Stake’s weekly livestream.

That is why many players pay close attention to Saturday mornings or afternoons depending on where they are in the world.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗜𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲

This is where things become more interesting.

During the weekly livestream, additional rewards may also appear.

These are often referred to as Bonus Drops.

Bonus Drops are not the same thing as the Weekly Bonus.

They are separate promotional codes that may be released through channels such as:

Stake Telegram

Stake Daily Drops

Stake High Rollers channels

Stake social accounts

and

the weekly livestream

The important thing to understand is that these codes are usually limited.

Once enough people claim them, they may no longer work.

Some also require a certain amount of wagering during the previous seven days before you are eligible to redeem them.

So if you ever see a message saying that you did not meet the weekly wager requirement, that is usually related to the conditions of that specific promotional drop.

the code has expired

that runs for 24 hours.

There have been older references to shorter weekend or Saturday races, but those should not be treated as the current standard format.

So the safer and more accurate way to explain it is:

Stake has used different race formats in the past, but the currently advertised race is the 24-hour Daily Race.

This can change, so it is always worth checking the current Promotions page rather than relying on old screenshots or old forum posts.

Saturday is important, but it is not the only time rewards appear.

Stake’s VIP system also includes several recurring reward types.

One of the most familiar is Rakeback.

Rakeback returns part of the value associated with gameplay back to the player.

Then there are Reloads, which are often available to higher VIP tiers and may be released daily for a specific period.

There is also the Monthly Bonus, which is usually distributed around the middle of the month.

Unlike the Weekly Bonus, the Monthly Bonus does not always follow an exact public calendar date.

There are also:

Level-Up Bonuses

Birthday Bonuses

Bonus Drops

and other promotions that may appear from time to time.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗮𝗯 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘄

This is where the mathematics becomes important.

It is easy to look at rewards and think:

“I received $20 here, $30 there, and another $15 from a stream code. I made $65.”

But that is not the full picture.

The better question is:

How much wagering was required to produce those rewards?

Suppose during one week you received:

Weekly Bonus: $35

Rakeback: $20

Stream Bonus Drops: $15

That gives you:

Total rewards = $70

Now suppose you generated:

$10,000 in wagering

and the average effective house edge of your play was approximately:

1%

Then the theoretical expected cost would be:

$10,000 × 1% = $100

After including the $70 in rewards:

$100 − $70 = $30

So mathematically, the rewards may have reduced the theoretical cost of the wagering from $100 to around $30.

That does not mean the player will lose exactly $30.

Short-term results can be much better or much worse because of variance.

But this is the better way to think about VIP rewards.

𝗥𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗗𝗼 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗘𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝗴𝗲

This is one of the biggest lessons I want readers of The Gambling Math Lab to understand.

A good Weekly Bonus can reduce the effective cost of wagering.

Rakeback can reduce it further.

Reloads can add value.

A lucky raffle win can obviously change the numbers dramatically.

But none of these automatically remove the underlying mathematical disadvantage of casino games.

The key is to compare:

how much value you received

against

how much wagering, risk, and expected cost were required to receive it.

That is much more useful than simply chasing a VIP level because the next reward looks attractive.

Saturday can be one of the most exciting days for Stake VIP players because several rewards and promotions can happen close together.

But the smartest way to look at them is not:

“How much bonus can I get?”

It is:

“What did it cost me, mathematically, to qualify for that reward?”

That one question changes the way you look at VIP programs.

And once you start thinking that way, bonuses stop looking like free money and start becoming something you can actually analyze.
